WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Brand Director Key City Berlin serves as the Account Lead for all existing and other potential partners in Berlin. This role is responsible for overseeing and expanding business operations in Berlin, managing diverse categories including Running, adidas Sportbase, Football, Retail Activation, Sustainability, Experiential Marketing, Hospitality and more. In addition this role is linked to our headquarters in Herzogenaurach and other act.3 Key Cities to ensure cross-global communication.
The Director will drive strategic partnerships, lead a multifaceted team, and spearhead innovative brand activation initiatives to enhance act.3's presence and impact in the Berlin market and beyond.


  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow act.3's business in Berlin
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential partners to diversify the client portfolio
    • Align Berlin operations with overall company goals and strategies
  • Account Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for adidas and other key clients in Berlin
    • Nurture and expand existing client relationships while actively pursuing new partnerships
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
  • Team Management
    • Lead and coordinate teams across various categories: Running, Sportbase, Football, Retail Activation, and Key City Activation
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
    • Oversee resource allocation and team performance to ensure efficient operations
  • Brand Activation Excellence
    • Drive the creation and execution of inspiring consumer experiences across all categories
    • Ensure all activations align with client objectives and act.3's high standards of quality
    • Innovate in brand engagement, communication, retail, and event strategies
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Berlin market
    • Develop compelling proposals and pitches for potential clients
    • Collaborate with other act.3 offices to leverage global expertise for local initiatives
  • Market Intelligence
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Berlin
    • Provide insights to inform both local and global strategies for act.3
WHO YOU ARE
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the brand activation, event management, or related industries
  • Strong track record in account management and business development, preferably with experience working with major sports or lifestyle brands
  • Excellent understanding of the Berlin market, its key players, and unique characteristics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Experience in managing multiple categories or business units is highly advantageous
  • Passion for sports, lifestyle, and brand experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
