Brand activators are primarily students who support us in the planning and executing different areas such as hospitality, brand induction, set up, catering, hostess support etc., for events. These 200 talents are our representatives for our activations and play an essential role within our company. 
For our Brand Activator Community, we are looking for an HR MANAGER (F/M/D)to support us in the day-to-day operations and administration activities. Your role will be to manage the HR life-cycle of our Brand Activator Community, which comprises approximately 200+ young talents. This includes also the preparation of payroll as well as other supportive tasks in the HR department.

We are looking for a communicative and efficient personality who identifies with our brand and strategy and is a real team player. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the implementation of concepts/processes that are derived out of the HR strategy, work independently and coordinate our student community.
In your role you will:
  • Drive and guide all administrative matters throughout the life-cycle of Brand Activators. 
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as the creation of contracts or certificates. 
  • Organize and execute recruitment process of Brand Activators.
  • Execute  HR processes (like feedback/performance management, talent management, people development, compensation process etc.) for the defined support area.
  • Support the preparation of the payroll (payroll for all employee groups - permanent employees, interns, working students, mini-jobbers and short-term employees).
  • Input, maintain and complete master data in our personnel management system (Personio and DATEV).
  • Actively search for young talents by attending career fairs and sports related events.
  • Communicate with the Brand Activator community and relevant stakeholders internally as well as externally.
  • Prepare and organize small events, such as onboardings, community meetings or trainings.
  • Live according to our company’s vision and values. 
  • Be passionate and true ambassador of our brand.

  • Skilled. University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Human Resources/ Personnel Management) or work experience in a related area

  • International. You have excellent German language skills and you are very good in English
