Your opportunity as Event Manager - Motorsport Activations (f/m/d) includes planning and execution of roadshows & motorsport-related activations. You will be part of a passionate and experienced team organizing unforgettable experiences for our clients and their customers within the racing environment. You will have the chance to activate our concepts on-site with the team and be responsible for the event execution in all global locations.
In this role you will actively…

  • Plan, organize & execute projects and activations in the field of motorsports within given budget & timeframes.
  • Consult our clients regarding the implementation of event plans.
  • Translate briefings into technical implementation plans.
  • Be present during motorsports events and make sure everything on-site is running as planned. You will need to roll up your sleeves and help with event setting or implement last minute changes if needed.
  • Co-ordinate suppliers such as manufacturers & technicians before and during event executions.
  • Obtain & negotiate offers with clients and suppliers.
  • Align on internal processes with various departments such as Brand Concept, Event & Experience Design and Logistics.
  • Optimize work processes proactively.

  • Experienced. You bring qualifications in the field of project management and several years of practical experience, preferably in the field of motorsports, and/or relevant higher education e.g. in the field of event management.
  • Skilled. You bring good knowledge of project management.
