Your opportunity as SENIOR MANAGER BRAND EXPERIENCE (F/M/D)
includes the ensurence of an efficient and successful planning, development, implementation and execution of projects run by our Brand Experiences Team.
You will oversee and ensure the execution of people-centered and purposeful moments that create real change in people’s lives. You will successfully manage and actively drive the Brand Experience business area. You will ensure an efficient and effective planning, development, implementation, execution, and documentation of several high-profile projects according to client needs and according to deadlines, within the given budget & scope.

- Oversee performance and progress of the Brand Experience business area and the team while driving purposeful action and moments.
- Think ahead on further developments in the business area as well as create new business opportunities.
- Ensure successful project management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for a flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget.
- Assist in the definition of projects’ scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and manage changes to the project scope.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Oversee cost centers, including negotiating project agreements.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Act as a business partner and communication consultant to the business within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Handle business operations and lead day to day operation of the business.
- Be a true leader, motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
