WHAT YOU'LL DO
For our act.3 Headquarter in Herzogenaurach, we are looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (F/M/D) to support our community in the day-to-day operations, in regards to all relevant tasks to keep the office run, develop excellent office standards and be the first community member for externals clients to represent our act.3 brand as well as provide a positive and great atmosphere in our office.
 
We are looking for a communicative and efficient personality who identifies with our brand and strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop creative ideas and standards and work independently within the Head Office team, representing our CEO within our company.
 
You will actively...

  • Work independently. You are good at managing yourself, creating an overview of all relevant company insurance, and processing all insurance cases in cooperation with the Head Office.
  • Connect. You will be the official account of all insurance service providers.
  • Secure. As Data Protection Officer for all departments within act.3 in cooperation with our external law office.
  • Welcome. Front office tasks, e.g. handling entrance and receptionist tasks, mail service, taking care of meeting rooms and kitchen duties.
  • Organize. Contact our Facility Management: e.g. cleaning companies, maintenance services or landlords. 
  • Manage. You will be our internal account for office equipment service.
  • Shine. Develop excellent office standards and be the first impression for external clients to represent our act.3 brand and community. 
  • Care. Support our act.3 community and spread a positive vibe in our Homebase.

  • Educated. Apprenticeship in the field of an office clerk, insurance clerk or feel-good management or work experience in a related area (e.g. Ausbildung zur Bürokauffrau/Mann, Versicherungskauffrau/Mann)
