The act.3 Brand Communication team focuses on cultural marketing that is specialized on establishing, engaging, growing, and regenerating communities which contribute to this purpose. We do so through the transformative power of storytelling and valuetainment, as well as the ability to provoke meaningful real-life interactions. 
You are a true communications allrounder with a particular passion for digital, creative, and purposeful content. You bring a deep understanding of the (digital) media landscape.
Your opportunity as a SENIOR COMMUNICATION CREATIVE – FOUNDATIONS (F /M /D) includes to communicate to one of the world’s biggest, most engaged, and most inclusive communities running for a purpose. 
Yet, to unleash your full creativity, you’ll get to work on multiple clients and/or projects and assume ownership for the communications work-stream as required.
You will actively …
  • Develop, implement, and optimize creative and highly effective concepts, plans and frameworks for continuously building relationships at scale with our target audiences and communities – through communications and content.
  • Optimize our digital activation process and channel strategies along the entire user-journey (on and off-line) and maximize the impact of every piece of content, activation, and campaign.
  • Empower, motivate and direct local communication managers in markets to contribute to, adapt and execute on global strategies effectively and efficiently. 
  • Ensure a constant flow of engaging high-quality content for always-on campaigns and franchises. Oversee their efficient roll-out.
  • Supervise overall editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with ‘Senior Communication Creative – Campaigns’ to integrate campaign plans seamlessly into overall content schedule.
  • Co-ordinate several communication streams and harmonize them with other campaign competences, whilst fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Lead campaign projects as required.
  • Monitor overall channel and content performance KPIs continuously. Collaborate closely with the ‘BI & Digital’ team to translate analytics insights into actionable guidance for short- and long-term improvements. 
  • Optimize processes and ensure knowledge-transfer into the wider Brand Communication Team.
  • Consult stakeholders and brand partners on communication related topics.
  • Develop and empower more junior members of the communication team and provide direction to freelancers and partners.
