As ACCOUNT MANAGER - FASHION & LIFESTYLE (f/m/d), you get a chance to steer projects and project teams within motorsport & fashion. You are an inspiring face of these industries, both to our clients and our team.

As an Account Manager, you are an experienced, client-oriented individual with a natural curiosity for trends and innovation. Working closely with creatives and project managers to deliver high-quality results to your account.

You unify teams, plan and monitor projects, solve issues and optimize solutions. With the ultimate purpose of making the world a happier place, you ensure stakeholder satisfaction and explore the future of act.3 in the motorsport & fashion field.
You will actively...
  • Control. Steer the account.
  • Connect. Act as an influential role model of the industry and client you represent. Be an inspiring representative of act.3 towards your client, and the go-to person of your business unit towards the act.3 team.
  • Manage. Assign teams and resources to deliver best quality projects. Allocate the best (act.3 team) profiles to the different kind of projects you’ll face.
  • Plan. Establish and Develop projects. Monitor project progress, evaluate its’ performance and set deadlines.
  • Boost. Take measures to improve operational procedures. Promote efficiency.
  • Grow. Innovate and optimize internal processes.
  • Ensure quality. Grant company standards and policies are adhered to and met.
  • Measure.  Drive budget responsibility and controlling.
  • Plan. Report to the leadership team with regards to people development and department needs 
  • Explore. Foster new business opportunities with your account. Meet regularly with team and account members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

  • Experienced. You have at least 3 years of experience in account management, in an international work environment. 
  • Qualified. You convince us with former project- and client-management experience. 
  • Communicative. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Service Driven. You show advanced, detailed knowledge and passion for providing high-standard service to your internal and external clients.
  • IT-affine. You have strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
  • Open minded. You bring a strong willingness to learn and search for new, unexpected ways of doing things. 
  • Curious. You have a natural curiosity for trends and innovation. You always keep an eye on trends in motorsports, fashion, and design. 
  • Passionate. You have a passion for sport, culture, sustainability, fashion, and motorsport.
