As an EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER (f/m/d) you will be responsible for all sourcing- , production-, setup- and event execution-related topics within a project team.
In your role you will:
  • Effectively communicate with various internal teams as well as clients and suppliers.
  • Planning of resources , suppliers, setup- and event-execution staff.
  • Budget-controlling within the projects is your daily business.
  • On-Site supervising at big events or retail executions to secure high quality standards.
  • Finding Solutions for short-term requests or changes. 
  • Offering Expertise for event-executions to project teams and clients.

  • Experienced. You have 2-3 years experience in event organization or exhibition stands construction or completed relevant education (e.g. Ausbildung – Veranstalltungskaufmann, Veranstalltungskauffrau).
  • Skilled. You enjoy setting up events and have a good feel on how to best present brands and products.
  • Communication driven. You have business level communication skills in English and German.
  • Customer-oriented. You have a strong customer focus.
  • Purpose Driven. You are driven to create real change in people’s lives.
