WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a SOURCING MANAGER (f/m/d) you are responsible for supplier- and event-material sourcing, supplier network handling, purchase orders and purchase controlling.
 
In your role you will:
 
  • Develop trustworthy and longlasting relationships with various suppliers and providers.
  • Communicate clearly the needs of act.3 to external suppliers. 
  • Order good quality services, materials and products from the suppliers. 
  • Support Event Operations Manager in executing spectacular events.
  • Optional : Prepare technical drawings of event constructions according to layouts.

  • Experienced. You have prior experience in building event constructions, e.g. exhibition stands (Messebau) or completed relevant education (e.g. Ausbildung – Handwerker, Tischler, Schreiner Technischer Zeichner, Metallbauer)
  • Technical mind. You have passion for designing, constructing and building. You are familiar with technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented. You pay attention to details and you work in a precise manner.
  • Communication driven. You have business level communication skills in English and German.

  • Passionate. You have a passion for sports, culture and sustainability. Good leader and strong team player.
