Your opportunity in this CREATIVE MARKETING STRATEGIST (F/M/D) position will allow you to inspire brands, people and society. You will actively create innovative strategies, provoke creative teams, and turn business challenges into creative opportunities. By deeply understanding our partners and brands and the human context in which we live, you will bring insights and foresights to spark relevant and inspiring creative ideas. You will infuse both human truths and cultures into business objectivesspark creativity and inspiration. 
You think and act holistically, love to think outside the box, to push limits, to be on top of the latest trends, and ensure coherence between your imaginationmarketing and communication strategies developed by the act.3 creative team. But despite creative you are also organized. For your work mojo you set goals, determine actions to achieve the goals, and mobilize teams to execute the actions. You are inspired by creativity yet structured by marketing frameworks. With the ultimate goal to increase brand awareness and set original and visionary game plans for our hand-picked global partners, you’re pumped with passion for creativity, attentive to detail and structure, and you always aim for solutions and methods beyond the expected. 
Overall responsibilities: 
  • Explore and stay on top of the latest innovations, culture, latest news, movements, styles, influencers, strategies, frameworks, and exciting trends. 
  • Develop trend analysis to identify the sweet spot between consumer needs, innovation, and business opportunities for brands to holistically activate innovative strategies. 
  • Holdprepare and empower brainstorms, ideation sessions and project inspiration workshops. 
  • Collaborate with diverse teams in strategy development processes to inspire the most impactful and strategic approach for our projects. 
  • Drive and Guide pitches. Orchestrate different teams to cooperate and co-create project visions. 
  • Empower creative ideas and solutions for marketing pitches and projects. 
  • Foster culture-marketing, brand, and business strategies. Help brands focus on who they are, what they care about, and how they should interact with the world.  
  • Share your passion through client presentations and workshop dynamization.  
  • Enable action by translating insights into thought storytelling pieces/ whitepapers/ presentations.
