WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an EVENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER (f/m/d) you will be responsible for organizing events at the adidas Sports Base in Berlin. You will create new event concepts, execute existing event concepts that happen throughout the year, support the Running and Football team on their events from an operational perspective, and work closely with our Operations & Activations manager on daily operational topics at the Sports Base. 
 
  • Communicate across teams to connect all stakeholders from the client to external suppliers
  • Manageand maintain project budgets within the given targets
  • Obtainoffers from clients and suppliers
  • Coordinateand motivate event staff to create high-quality, innovative, and inspirational eventsolutions, including daily operations of the facility
  • Driveassigned projects independently
  • Shareproject status and progresswith the project lead/ BU director and relevant stakeholders regularly
  • Co-createcreative ideas, concepts, and strategies with different teams and the client
  • Develop presentations and reporting for your events
  • Enhanceclient and product reception in the city

WHO YOU ARE

  • ExperiencedYou have 2-3 years of experience in event organization or exhibition stand construction, or have completed relevant education (e.g., Ausbildung—Veranstalltungskaufmann, Veranstalltungskauffrau)
  • Skilled. You enjoy setting up events and have a good feeling for how to best present brands and products. 
  • Customer-oriented. You have a strong customer focus. 
  • Connection. You live and breathe Berlin culture and its communities, and are willing to bring your network to the events.

  • Organized. You have strong organizational skills and can multitask.
