Ensure successful project and event management for motorsport activations worldwide.
Plan, organize & execute motorsport events, roadshows, and experiential activations within given scope, budget & timelines.
Oversee the development of event concepts and translate client briefings into technical and operational plans.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners such as suppliers, technicians, and production vendors for flawless project delivery.
Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly; proactively address last-minute changes and operational challenges.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to scope, timelines, and resources.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report key findings to management.
Create, maintain & organize comprehensive project documentation.
Build, manage & monitor project budgets in alignment with your manager, ensuring transparency and financial control.
Deliver on client expectations through consitent communication and service excellence.
Build & maintain long-term relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to optimize event processes and workflows to continuously enhance quality and efficiency.

Experienced. You bring proven qualifications in project or event management and several years of hands-on experience in motorsports, live events, or experiential activations, paired with strong project management and technical implementation skills.
Motorsport-Savvy. You understand the dynamics, speed, and complexity of motorsport environments and feel comfortable managing projects in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
Hands-On Mentality. You don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves on-site. Whether coordinating builds, solving last-minute challenges, or supporting the team directly, you get things done.

Communicative. You speak fluent English; German is a strong plus. You enjoy stakeholder management and can build trust quickly.
