WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Event Chef / Chef (f/m/d), you ensure the smooth planning, development, execution, and documentation of all culinary aspects.
Event Catering: Preparation of hot and cold dishes for catering orders, buffet setup, menu creation, and quality assurance
Development and Optimization: Creating and refining new recipes for our act Food Brands
Concept & Strategy: Developing ideas, concepts, and strategies
Collaboration: Close communication with Event Managers to ensure seamless event execution
Event Management: Supporting Event Managers on-site and implementing the holistic F&B concept for events
Inspiration & Trends: Motivating the team and staying open to new trends
Budgeting: Managing catering budgets in coordination with the F&B Manager and our Controlling department
Supplier & Product Selection: Choosing suppliers, materials, and products

Experience: You have completed training as a chef.
Trend Awareness: You are interested in trends within and beyond your field and can integrate them into concepts.
Responsibility: You take on a high level of responsibility in your projects and towards your team.

Hands-On Mentality: You apply strategic ideas in action while keeping a clear focus.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills (German – required, English – desirable).
