Event Merchandising Operations: Assist in preparing, setting up, and managing merchandise sales at prestigious sports events, including on-site and online channels.
Online Shop & Content Management: Help maintain and develop our online shop, update product data and descriptions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Order Processing & Customer Service: Support order handling, shipping, returns, and respond to customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
Marketing Support: Contribute to digital marketing activities (e.g., newsletters, social media, online promotions) and help analyze customer behavior and sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from event management, logistics, marketing, and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
Process Improvement: Share your ideas to optimize workflows, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Enthusiastic about retail, sports events, and e-commerce, with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Solid IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook); experience with online shop systems is a plus.
Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
