Junior Brand Concept Designer (f/m/d)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, creative, and visually compelling brand activation concepts and presentations that translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
- Transform existing content into well-structured, modern, and design-led PowerPoint presentations that enhance clarity, storytelling, and impact.
- Develop and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and design systems to ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all internal and external materials.
- Design, produce, and continuously update presentations for a wide range of internal and client-facing usage.
- Independently manage assigned tasks / project parts while ensuring transparent communication and alignment with the Director of Brand Concepts.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of communication design or graphic design
- Beginner Level: 1-2 years´ work experience in the field of design or conceptual planning or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is an advantage
- A strong eye for design, detail-oriented
- Languages: German: native/excellent; English: very good
- Passionate about working in an international and fast-paced environment
- Managing time effectively and meet deadlines
