WHAT YOU'LL DO

The (Senior) Concept Manager is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality concepts, strategic narratives, and compelling presentations with a primary focus on food & lifestyle. The role leads assigned event marketing projects from conceptual perspective, translating client objectives into innovative concepts and compelling narratives. By combining strategic thinking, creativity, and stakeholder management, the (Senior) Concept Manager ensures that every project strengthens the client’s brand positioning, sets new benchmarks for excellence, and delivers impactful experiences on a global scale.
  • Lead the strategic and conceptual development of global brand experience and event marketing projects from ideation to delivery.
  • Create high-quality, innovative, and inspiring brand marketing concepts, presentations, and strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
  • Develop and shape innovative Food & Lifestyle brand experiences, events, and activations by combining strategic thinking, trend research, and creative storytelling.
  • Translate complex content and ideas into compelling, well-structured, and impactful presentations.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, workstreams, and deliverables while ensuring transparent communication and alignment with the Director of Brand Concepts.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet briefing objectives, quality standards, timelines, and commercial targets.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing
  • 5+ years’ work experience in the field of marketing, strategic and conceptual planning or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Languages: German: native/excellent; English: very good
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about food, lifestyle and sports 
  • Open minded and always interested in newest trends
