WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are currently looking for a Senior Partnership Operations Manager, adiClub (f/m/d). As part of the adidas membership and loyalty team, you will play a key role in shaping, coordinating, and delivering partner offers within adiClub, adidas’ global membership program.
You will be responsible for translating partnership concepts into high-quality, scalable, and seamless member experiences across digital touchpoints. Working closely with partner brands, adidas markets, and internal teams, you will ensure that partnership activations are operationally feasible, well-coordinated, performance-driven, and delivered with excellence.

Own the operational delivery of adiClub partner offers, from setup planning and feasibility assessment to launch readiness, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Translate partnership ideas into executable offer setups using adidas’ internal platforms and tools, ensuring offer mechanics, requirements, timelines, and member journeys are clearly defined and correctly implemented.
Act as the operational sparring partner for the Partnerships team, advising on setup best practices, feasibility, risks, dependencies, timelines, and scalable activation approaches.
Manage stakeholder alignment across partner brands, adidas markets, CRM, product, digital, campaign, and membership teams, ensuring transparency, clarity, and smooth delivery throughout each activation.
Oversee timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness, making sure partnership activations are delivered on time, with high quality, and in line with global and local requirements.
Maintain regular contact with partners and markets to align on setup needs, offer mechanics, operational requirements, local market considerations, and ongoing partnership needs.
Monitor partnership performance and operational needs, identifying what is working, what requires improvement, and where offers can be optimized, scaled, or adjusted.
Support strategic decisions around partner activations by bringing operational insights, performance learnings, market feedback, and feasibility input into the conversation.
Identify and surface future partnership opportunities by staying close to partner conversations, market priorities, and member engagement insights, helping the team recognize where existing relationships could evolve into new activations, expanded collaborations, or additional business potential.
Create and improve scalable processes, templates, checklists, and best practices that help the team deliver partnership offers more consistently and efficiently across markets.
Ensure quality control throughout the offer lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, validating setups, and identifying potential member experience issues before they go live.
Proactively flag risks and solve problems, especially where timelines, technical limitations, partner requirements, or market needs create complexity.
Support the growth and maturity of adiClub partnerships by continuously improving how partner offers are planned, activated, monitored, and optimized.
Guide internal stakeholders on operational standards and best practices, helping the wider team work with more clarity, structure, and confidence.

Education & Experience. You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, digital management, project management, or a comparable field, combined with several years of experience in partnerships, loyalty, digital operations, project management, campaign activation, or platform-based offer management.
Senior Operational Owner. You are able to take ownership of complex activations, structure ambiguity, manage dependencies, and turn partnership ideas into clear operational plans.
Partnership Mindset. You understand how to work with external partners and internal teams in a way that balances relationship quality, business needs, operational feasibility, and member experience.
Strong Stakeholder Manager. You are confident managing multiple stakeholders across brands, markets, and functions, keeping expectations clear, timelines realistic, and conversations solution-oriented.
Platform Confident. You are comfortable working with internal software, CMS-like tools, digital platforms, and operational systems. You do not need to be deeply technical, but you can quickly understand system logic, setup requirements, and operational limitations.
Excel Strong. You are confident using Microsoft Excel to organize information, track activations, structure data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
Commercially Aware. You are curious about partner needs, market priorities, and business potential. You are able to connect dots, recognize relevant opportunities, and bring forward ideas that could strengthen future collaborations.
Opportunity-Minded. You naturally listen for signals in partner and market conversations, spotting where needs, ideas, or challenges could become future activations, expanded collaborations, or additional business opportunities.
Performance Aware. You are able to interpret performance signals, partner needs, and market feedback to identify optimization opportunities and support future partnership decisions.
