Senior Project Manager / Account Manager Training (f/m/d)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of client leadership, training strategy, and delivery excellence. You will own training programs end-to-end – from concept and planning to execution and optimization – ensuring they deliver measurable value for our clients and their people.
In this role you will not only manage projects – you will shape training experiences, drive transformation, and ensure that training becomes a meaningful lever of growth. Working closely with Account Management, Business Development, and our expert network, you will evolve training as a strategic pillar within act.3’s offering.
What you’ll do
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER LEADERSHIP
• Act as the primary contact for training-related topics across selected clients
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand client needs and translate them into impactful learning solutions
• Align internal teams and partners around shared objectives
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and clarity
TRAINING STRATEGY & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
• Design and develop training concepts and learning journeys
• Translate business needs into engaging and effective programs
• Continuously evolve and improve training offerings
• Identify opportunities to expand training within existing accounts
PROJECT DELIVERY & QUALITY OWNERSHIP
• Own end-to-end delivery of training initiatives
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure seamless execution of digital and on-site trainings
• Maintain high quality standards across content, facilitation, and participant experience
• Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement
ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT & COMMERCIAL IMPACT
• Contribute to the growth of training within existing client relationships
• Act as key interface to Senior Account Management and Business Development
• Provide visibility on account performance, risks, and opportunities
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Support proposal development and pitching of new training initiatives
• Ensure training contributes to long-term client success and account growth
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
• Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Business Development
• Collaborate with trainers, athletes, and content experts
• Act as a connector within the act.3 ecosystem
• Ensure alignment between training initiatives and broader client strategies

· Experienced: Background in project management, account management, or learning & development
· Client-Strong: Confident in client-facing roles and building trusted relationships
· Passionate about Training: Strong interest in Training, the world of training
· Strategic: Able to connect training projects to business and cultural outcomes
· Delivery-Driven: Combines conceptual thinking with strong operational execution
· Structured: Highly organised and detail-oriented, even in complex environments
