WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inspire brands. Power ideas. Amplify creativity. 

In this role, you'll be the bridge between AI technology and creative thinking - turning big ideas into immersive, high-impact concepts faster, smarter, and with more beautiful and surprising pitch decks. You will tap into the best AI tools on the market to create visuals, videos, sounds, text, and interactive experiences that transform the way we pitch, present, and produce. 
 
You’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and designers to reimagine how ideas are told, sold, and experienced - whether for events, brand activations, retail spaces, pop-ups, or entirely new digital experiences. Beyond pitches, you’ll support internal innovation projects and help develop AI-powered solutions for our partners, ensuring our agency is always at the forefront of what’s possible. 
 
We're looking for someone who will: 
  • Explore, test, and master the latest AI tools for image creation, video production, audio design, text generation, interactive experiences and beyond - bringing these capabilities into the heart of our creative process.
  • Support the creative team in crafting immersive, story-driven pitch presentations that blend AI-generated assets with strategy and storytelling.
  • Rapidly prototype and visualize ideas for brand activations, events, and retail concepts reducing production timelines while raising creative impact.
  • Collaborate with strategists, analysts, and project managers to develop AI-based tools for internal efficiency, from finance workflows to project tracking and beyond.
  • Educate and inspire the team through workshops, trend updates, and tool demos-ensuring everyone stays ahead of the curve in AI creativity internally (as well as externally when needed).
  • Constantly scan the AI landscape for new capabilities, updates, and creative opportunities.

  • Communicative. Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Clear communicatorSkilled at explaining complex tools and processes in simple, inspiring ways to both creative and non-creative.
  • Agile and proactive. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple projects, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Experience-driven. You’re a mid-level hands-on AI knowledge is deep, current, and ever-evolving.
