At act.3 – where brands become experiences.

You live for the roar of the crowd, the smell of the turf and the feeling that everything can change in 90minutes? Even better when it’s the women’s Bundesliga team making the headlines? You’re not just “behind the scenes” – you’re the goto person who makes our partnership with the club happen daybyday.
Whether it’s bringing activations to life, running our act.3 Team Lounge on match days or supporting projects that help the women’s team grow, you make sure plans don’t stay on a slide but actually happen on the pitch.

  • Organize and host the act.3 Team Lounge on match days: guest experience, smooth operations, visual branding and coordination with stadium services.
  • Prepare and support match day activations in and around the stadium (promotions, hospitality, content support, fan moments).
  • Help with reporting and storytelling: capture what we do, what works and turn it into recaps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring your own ideas to the table and help shape our overall women’s football strategy at act.3.
