WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a Sydney-based Account Manager to lead the planning and delivery of brand activations and experiences for our partners across sport, entertainment, and culture.

This is an events-first role. You'll be on the ground, in the room, and across the detail — managing productions, coordinating talent and logistics, and keeping everything moving across time zones when it counts. Please note: Candidates need to be amenable to extended and non-traditional working hours during live activation windows – combatted by established TIL policies.

As ACCOUNT MANAGER (f/m/d), you will own client relationships and drive end-to-end event production — from brief to build to bump-out. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery confidence, with a genuine passion for local / global running & football (soccer, AFL, NRL) culture, sport, and community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production & Project Delivery
  • Lead the planning and delivery of mid- to large-scale events, activations, and brand experiences
  • Manage vendors, talent, productionlogistics, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure execution meets budget, brand standards, and client expectations
Client & Partner Management
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact across your accounts
  • Run internal and external WIPs, delivering clear updates and managing expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships across client and cross-functional teams
Creative & Strategic Support
  • Contribute to creative proposals, production decks, and concept development
  • Translate briefs into project roadmaps and execution plans
Process & Documentation
  • Maintain status trackers, project timelines, and budget reconciliations
  • Contribute to resourcing discussions and team operations planning
Cultural & Community Engagement
  • Stay close to trends across sport, running, football, fashion, and culture
  • Identifycommunity organisations, creators, and partners aligned with client values
  • Keep projects culturally grounded and locally relevant

WHO YOU ARE

Real impact comes from real people and real stories — and yours looks a little like this:
  • Experienced:3–4years in event production, brand activation, or client management at an agencyor similar
  • Events-Native:Proven track record delivering live events and experiential projects end-to-end — not just coordinating, but producing
  • Sport-Literate:Genuine knowledge of and passion for running and football culture, with direct experience activating in or around these communities
  • Client-Confident:A strong communicator who manages feedback, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with ease
  • Flexible:Comfortable with non-standard hours — early bump-ins, late wrap-ups, and international team calls are part of the role
  • Organised:Highly structured, deadline-conscious, and calm under pressure
  • Culture-Driven:Curious about how brands show up meaningfully across sport, community, and creativity
A note on hours: this is an events-driven role. Standard 9–5 doesn't always apply. We're transparent about that upfront — and we make sure the work is worth it.
