WHAT YOU'LL DO
You would be one of our talented individuals who represent our activations and play an essential role within our community. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with retail partners to inspire, educate, and drive best-in-class consumer experiences.
In your role, you will...
- Represent. Be the face ofour sports brand clientat wholesale partner stores, embodying brand values and setting the standard for premium brand presence.
- Educate.Deliver engaging, on-floor product training sessions that build product knowledge and brand advocacy with retail staff.
- Connect.Act as the key link between adidas and wholesale partners — gathering shop floor feedback and sharing insights upward.
- Activate. Support seasonal campaigns and key brand moments as they arise throughout the program.
- Grow.Participate in ongoing virtual and in-person training sessions to stay across the latest launches and innovations.
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate.You have a genuine love for adidas, sportswear, and retail culture — and it shows.
- Experienced.You have a background in retail, sales, training, or brand ambassador work (preferred, but not essential).
- Communicator.You are a confident presenter with strong people skills and the energy to match.
- Self-starter.You are adaptable, motivated, and bring a team-first mindset to everything you do.
- Available.You can commit toan initialtraining session in June and in-store visits from July through December 2026.
- Mobile.You have access to your own vehicle for store visits across your city.
