WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your opportunity as Senior Manager - Digital Event & Guest Management (f/m/d) includes the efficient and successful planning, development, implementation, and execution of digital guest and event management solutions across a wide range of projects and events. You will be part of a specialized team that forms a solid foundation for multiple projects within our agency by deploying multifunctional event management software solutions. Our service portfolio includes web-based guest management tools, guest apps, and ticketing software for renowned partners such as adidas and Schaeffler.

You will actively…

  • Communicate. You are the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for the efficient and successful integration and development of the tool within projects. You gather all required requirements and provide consultancy to identify the most suitable digital solution.

  • Manage the tool. You collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders (Hospitality, Corporate Communications, Graphics, Brand Experiences, etc.) to set up and configure the event management tool, including websites, registration forms, designs, and email communications. You create customized frontend layouts tailored to client needs (strong HTML/CSS skills are required).

  • Coordinate. You oversee the successful integration and development of the tool across projects and events, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. You implement end-to-end processes within the software, from briefing through go-live.

  • Empower. You foster collaboration across people, ideas, and platforms by championing innovation and enabling teams to deliver high-quality, impactful results.

  • Optimize. You continuously improve project development and rollout processes by streamlining workflows, enhancing timelines, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Share. You maintain datasets and create high-quality reports, insights, performance metrics, and best practices to build knowledge, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Enhance. You improve the member and guest experience by identifying opportunities for personalization, engagement, and seamless integration across digital touchpoints.

  • Manage clients. You develop concepts and strategies in close collaboration with clients, ensuring solutions are aligned with their objectives and deliver measurable value.

  • Education. You hold a university degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a comparable qualification in event or project management, combined with 2–4 years of experience in a digital environment.
  • Organized & Independent. You work independently and flexibly with a structured, coordinated approach, demonstrating strong self-organization as well as effective time and budget management skills.
  • Tech-Savvy. You bring hands-on experience with tools such as Amplitude or Appsflyer and have a solid understanding of online transactional flows, funnel optimization, payment methods, and shipping process integration.
  • CMS Proficient. You are experienced in using CMS platforms for content management, updates, and structured publishing workflows.
  • Customer Journey Focused. You are able to conceptualize, build, and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys tailored to different user segments.
  • CRM Experienced. You are skilled in managing customer databases, segmentation, data hygiene, automation flows, and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Data-Driven. You understand how data flows between tools, APIs, and platforms, ensuring consistent and seamless guest and customer experiences.
  • Quality-Focused. You are capable of testing, troubleshooting, and validating platform features across devices and environments to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Technically Fluent. You can translate business needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate effectively with developers, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Multilingual. You communicate confidently in German and English, enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
  • Reliable. You manage your time effectively, take ownership of your responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.
