WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a Sydney-based PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER to secure, lead, and nurture high-value brand relationships for (2) key projects launching in 2026. 

 

You will own client partnerships end-to-end, ensuring excellence in delivery while also identifying new pathways for collaboration, growth, and cultural impact. You are the connector, the relationship architect, and the strategic voice that ensures our partners feel deeply supported and culturally elevated. 

Key Responsibilities: 


Partnership Leadership & Development 
  • Build and develop relationships with senior partnership stakeholders and decision makers
  • Lead day-to-day relationship management for key partners across sport, entertainment, fashion, tech, and culture
  • Identify collaboration opportunities that deepen partner relationships and expand ours/our client’s footprint
  • Oversee partnership roadmaps, annual calendars, workstreams, and strategic milestones
  • Lead negotiations, renewals, scope shaping, and commercial conversations confidently
  • Build relationships with community leaders, creators, athletes, collectives, and industry collaborators
  • Ensure cultural insight, diversity, and relevance are embedded across all partnership activity
  • Represent act.3 at industry events, panels, cultural moments, and partner touchpoints
  • Lead or support proposals, pitch strategy, and commercial structuring for new partners

Client & Partner Coordination 

  • Act as the primary strategic contact for senior stakeholders
  • Provide counsel grounded in cultural intelligence, audience insights, and business objectives
  • Maintain project and relationship health through regular check-ins, reporting, accountability, and transparent communication
  • Lead budgets, forecasting, and commercial documentation for all partnership accounts
  • Strengthen internal systems and operational workflows to support partnership excellence
  • Contribute to internal capability-building by sharing best practice, tools, and insights

Project Delivery 

  • Oversee partnership-led activations from concept to completion
  • Ensure clarity across timelines, roles, responsibilities, and production milestones
  • Manage budgets, QA processes, and delivery excellence across multi-stakeholder environments
  • Partner with creative and production teams to translate partnership goals into standout cultural moments
Creative & Strategic Support 
  • Contribute to creative strategy and partnership storytelling across culture, sport, lifestyle, and community
  • Shape proposals, frameworks, and narratives that reflect partner ambition and cultural relevance
  • Support pitch development and cross-functional ideation, ensuring outputs stay true to our point of view
