WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you’ll lead the creation of visionary brand experiences, translating concepts into exceptional spatial and sensory moments. You will dream big, think strategically, and set aesthetic benchmarks for our global partners and projects - bringing together architectural thinking, material sensibility, and cultural insight.

With a deep understanding of how brands live in physical space, you’ll connect human truths, cultural trends, and design excellence into concepts that feel as beautiful as they are impactful. You’ll not only imagine, but also collaborate with production, spatial and design teams to ensure every material, texture, and finish speaks the brand’s language - from immersive installations and retail spaces to high-end activations and experiences.

We're looking for someone who will:
  • Research and identify cultural trends, design innovations, and architectural references that can inspire internal teams and clients.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creative direction of high-end brand environments, activations, and experiential spaces - with a strong focus on fashion retail, exclusive brand experiences, and out-of-the-box environments within the worlds of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Translate brand stories into spatial concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives that fuse architecture, fashion, design, and culture.
  • Intertwine the world of spaces with the world of experiences, not only designing the physical environment but also imagining and shaping the activities, interactions, and moments within it that engage consumers, create emotional connections, and drive brand interaction.
  • Curate materials, colors, finishes, and visual merchandising with a high level of aesthetic, ensuring each choice supports the brand’s positioning and emotional impact.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations that blend storytelling, strategy, and compelling visuals - from mood boards to polished client decks in PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, 3D designers, and production teams to ensure creative intent is met in execution.
  • Lead supplier and fabrication partners to translate your creative vision into tangible, high-quality outcomes, ensuring every detail aligns with the concept’s intent and premium standards.
  • Partner with strategy and project management teams to ensure concepts are aligned with business objectives and delivered on budget/timeline.
  • Present confidently to clients, guiding them through creative concepts with clarity, insight, and conviction.
  • Take on projects beyond your comfort zone, approaching new creative challenges with openness, adaptability, and a drive to excel.

  • Passionate. You have a passion for sports, culture, and entertainment.
  • Architectural mindset, creative soul. Likely trained in architecture, interior design, or a related discipline, but seeking to apply your spatial and aesthetic skills rather into brand storytelling.
  • Experienced. 3-5 years in creative roles related to experiential design, architecture, brand activations, or retail environments.
  • Highly aesthetic. Exceptional sense for materials, form, proportion , and how spaces make people feel.
  • Strategic. Able to align creative vision with brand strategy, audience expectations, and cultural context.
  • Visually fluent. Expert at sourcing, curating, and articulating visual inspiration; strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint.
  • Experience-driven. You are inspired by how people connect with brands through immersive environments and memorable moments, and you design with the guest’s journey in mind.
  • Collaborative. Confident working alongside architects, production specialists, and multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Informed. You keep a pulse on architecture, design, fashion, art, and cultural trends.
  • Communicative. Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. Skilled in articulating creative ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Detail-obsessed. You believe luxury is in the details and ensure every texture, light, and finish aligns with the concept.
