WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure the execution of the European program at the local level with the external agency
  • Define the list of stores to be trained, objectives, and operational and communication methods with sales and marketing teams.
  • Align and validate planning activities with the agency.
  • Coordinate the execution of the training program with the external agency for effective implementation.
  • Provide trainers with product allocations and a test pool of shoes for sales associate trial sessions.
  • Develop and lead the local integration plan for all new HPT or PT members.
Create the best training program and tools for our distributors' sales associates
  • Implement and adapt the program locally according to strategy and priorities, in collaboration with the team.
  • Ensure the availability of training tools for sales associates and healthcare professionals (virtual sessions, in-store training, event-based training, shoe testing for store sales associates, covering training on runners' needs, adidas product training, and training on how to recommend a running shoe) across the entire French market, in line with the local plan and schedule.
  • Provide support materials for sales associates and distribute adidas content to update distributors’ digital training platforms.
  • Share adidas’ and competitors’ best practices with the Europe WHS Brand & Product Learning team to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that trainers develop close relationships with stores and engage the sales associate community.
Monitor and communicate the training plan execution
  • Provide a monthly training report to the sales and omnichannel teams.
  • Provide a quarterly performance evaluation, communicate, and present it to relevant teams.
  • Prepare and lead the monthly meeting with the Europe WHS Brand & Product Learning team.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/ Bac +3) in business, communication, marketing, or sports.
  • Passion for training and strong pedagogical skills.
  • Ideally passionate about and practicing running.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Interest in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in French, English and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Autonomy, initiative, and responsiveness.
  • Sense of responsibility, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Rigor and methodical approach.
  • Open-mindedness, strong interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for sharing and exchanging ideas.
