WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your opportunity in this EVENT PROJECT MANAGER (F /M /D) will allow you to inspire brands, people and society. As our Event Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our most imaginative and creative ideas in various projects to life through meticulously planned and executed events and activations - with special focus on the UEFA Women Champions League Finals in Lisbon 05/2025. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the seamless translation of innovative concepts into real-world experiences and event set-ups that captivate and engage audiences.

You are expected to think and act with precision, constantly seeking ways to enhance the organization of each event. Plus, working closer with our network of suppliers, producers, and vendors, to ensure each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds expectations. You’re driven by a passion for event project management excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of exceptional outcomes. Matching our team goal - to elevate brand presence and establish a benchmark for originality and excellence with our globally recognized partners.

You will actively..

Plan: assist in planning and executing creative event concepts of your main project focus
Collaborate: with different departments and teams
Manage: relationships with suppliers, producers, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget constraints
Organize: and maintain up-to-date suppliers, producers, and vendors detailed proposals and tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle
Support: with the coordination of pre/during/post event production logistics, including set-up, activities, scheduling, and resource allocation/ staff
Manage: event invites, activities, catering, and all phases an event entail.
Solve: on-site problems swiftly to ensure smooth execution and an amazing experience
Follow-up: with project lead on running event topics

Portuguese and English are mandatory as you will need to be able to communicate with local suppliers as well as communicate with our overseas teams.
