WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your opportunity as Learning Coordinator (F/M/D) includes coordination of internal learning offerings prepared by ACT.CADEMY for act.3 community worldwide.

In this role you will actively …

Plan, schedule and logistically prepare online and offline workshops
Search for suitable workshops facilitators that match learning needs of specific groups of employees
Communicate with workshop facilitators and participants
Monitor and update ACT.CADEMY calendar
Make sure both workshop facilitators and participants know where and when to be for a given workshop
Be in contact with internal Comms Team whenever community-wide communication of learning offerings will be needed (written, visual, video communication might be needed from your side too)
Be in constant exchange with Director Development & Coaching, People Team and Leadership Team and react accordingly to any new internal guidelines
Conduct desk research on useful learning materials and learning opportunities as well as newest L&D trends
Prepare monthly ACT.CADEMY newsletter
Come up with workshop topic suggestions
Pitch for your ideas in front of different stakeholders
Support preparation of ACT.CADEMY Talks and other internal unique knowledge exchange formats
Overview and regularly monitor ACT.CADEMY budget as well as learning hours tracking in a respective tools
Facilitating workshops yourself would be welcomed but not required

Communicative. You can communicate easily and professionally with various stakeholders in German and English language.
