WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your opportunity as Project Manager adidas Runners Greater China (f/m/d) is one of the most essential stakeholders in the adidas Runners ecosystem, and the ultimate key across the world. They’re the bridge between markets and adidas Global.
Emulating the core ethos of adidas Runners and acting as an ambassador is the base line of the role.
In this role you are responsible for operational and strategic plans of adidas Runners and for bringing the global strategy to life in markets.
You have the unique opportunity to get involved with global strategy development and at the same time have an execution lookout with the markets, therefore proving the perfect balanced viewpoint for seamless translation of adidas Runners priorities in local markets & countries.

You will actively ..
  • Communicate across local country teams with regular individual check-ins to assess the progress of their cities, reply to questions and suggest optimizations. This also includes Regular check-ins with the adidas Runners global team as well as regular check-ins with market brand comms leads / Running activations leads
  •  Empower and support communities where needed, as well as guide communities as the AR Representative and Expert.
  • Optimize the process of Market support & operations:
    • Strategy download
    • Race bibs allocation
    • KPI’s development, recording and sharing
  • Coordinate global milestones with the team in HZO + country check-ins 
  • Share regional highlights every month in the AR Global shared spreadsheet
    • Share regional upcoming events in the monthly reports, to be shared on the GLOBAL IG / SOCIAL MEDIA accounts.
    • Share monthly reports to showcase a recap of recent AR activations in your region, to share internally
  • Annual KPI setting process, and follow-up all year long to track progress and adjust regional activations to reach targets
  • Co-create, Adapt and implement the local AR calendar activation together with Brand comms teams. Work with market brand activation channel teams to ensure an always-on AR communication across both our internal and partners´ platforms.
  • Develop relationships and know Captains & Cities Challenges and developments taking place in each community. Understand priorities & focus topics i.e. campaigns requests for the markets.
  • Drive regular regional meetings with all your countries to share big updates, strategic directions and host Q&A about AR activations (once every two months)
    • Project Manager adidas Runners Greater China (f/m/d) is expected to co-lead the AR regional strategy together with the Senior Manager Emerging Markets & Asia
    • Filtering the information from global and defining local priorities and key activation moments
    • Tracking and monitoring the strategy is being implemented across all countries
