WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your role as an
INTERNSHIP – EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP SUPPORT(F/M/D) you will be comprehensively support our on-site services during the upcoming European Football Championship. You will make sure that the BA Community Manager, overseeing the Brand Activators community, has all the support needed in order to provide flawless execution of various projects and activations during one of the most prestigious sporting events in the world.
In this role you will actively...
- Support the Team in staff coordination. Our experienced project team will oversee the coordination of personnel on-site, ensuring that each staff member is deployed effectively and efficiently to fulfill their respective roles. Your role will be to support the BA Community Manager in these tasks.
- Coordinate shift schedules, ensuring adequate rest periods for staff in accordance with contractual agreements, and facilitating briefings to ensure everyone is well-informed and prepared for their duties.
- React calmly and effectively on spontaneous requests on-site. You will help the team with handling situations swiftly, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all attendees and staff members.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the BA Community Manager, the Team, and our on-site Partners to address any issues promptly, ensuring that the event or activation runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Be attentive - understand customers' needs, making tailored suggestions to meet their requirements.
