Your opportunity as
EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING MANAGER (F/M/D) includes to ensure an efficient and successful planning, development, implementation and execution of projects run by our Experiential Marketing Team.
You will oversee and ensure the execution of people-centered and purposeful moments that create real change in people’s lives. You will successfully manage and actively drive the Experiential Marketing business area. You will ensure an efficient and effective planning, development, implementation, execution, and documentation of several high-profile projects according to client needs and according to deadlines, within the given budget & scope.

- Ensure successful project management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for a flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget.
- Assist in the definition of projects’ scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and manage changes to the project scope.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Create & handle budgets and oversee/controll them in accordance with manager
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
