WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a HR Administration Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the full range of HR services & support of the HR People Partner in day-to-day work around our employees.

- Drive administrational HR tasks and HR reporting (e.g. prepare contracts, letters of reference/work certificates, employment certificates, remuneration statements, presentations, maintenance of online holiday planning tool, maintenance of personnel files).
- Support HR People Partner in daily operational administrational duties.
- Co-create and optimize HR processes, concepts and projects.
- Communicate closely with HR People Partners, Recruiter.
- Manage the HR inbox and distribute incoming tasks and mails to the responsible team members as well as following up the process.
- Input, maintain and complete master data in our personnel management system Personio.
- Co-create and optimize HR processes, concepts and projects.
- Organize team meetings, appointments, travels, rooms etc. for the team.

- Experienced. You bring qualifications (commercial education or equivalent) and experience (1-2 years) in the field of HR.
- Skilled. You are business fluent in German and English. You have a profound knowledge in labor law. You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams & Outlook). Knowledge of payroll processes would be a plus.
